About Us

"Our mission is to make AI literacy a core competency for every common law lawyer - not a competitive advantage for a few."

Why The AI Bar exists.

Lawyers are under pressure to do more with less. Clients expect speed. Firms expect efficiency. Regulators are beginning to take positions. And AI is moving faster than legal education - or most firms - have been able to keep pace with.

The AI Bar was built by practising lawyers because we kept having the same conversation with colleagues and kept finding the same gap: good lawyers who wanted to use AI well, but had nowhere credible to learn how. AI is not a threat to good lawyers. It is a tool that makes good lawyers better. This platform exists to close that gap.

Every module is built for common law practitioners. Not for technologists. Not for academics. For lawyers who want to understand AI well enough to use it and well enough to know when not to.

Currently serving lawyers in the UK, India, and across common law jurisdictions.

Who The AI Bar Is For

The AI Bar is built for lawyers, law students, and law firms who want to use AI in legal practice and want to do it properly.

Practising Lawyers

You are already being asked to deliver more with the same hours. This platform gives you the practical grounding to use AI competently, ethically, and within your professional obligations.

Law Students

You are entering a profession being reshaped in real time. Understanding AI now is not a nice-to-have — it is part of what it means to be practice-ready in any common law jurisdiction.

Law Firms

Your people are already using AI — with or without a framework. The AI Bar gives firms a credible, practitioner-built resource for structured adoption and team-wide upskilling.

The problem is the same in each case: there is nowhere that teaches this properly. Not the regulators. Not the law schools. Not the general AI platforms, which were not built with a lawyer's professional obligations or ethical duties in mind.

Every module on The AI Bar is built around how legal work is actually done — with practical, worked examples drawn from real practice contexts. Scenarios you will recognise, applied to tools you can start using.

This is the resource that should have existed already. Now it does.
